989bd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between 989bd and its users ("members" or "you").

• A National ID or birth registration certificate may be requested at any time for age verification.
• Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and all associated transactions will be voided.

For Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.

For Withdrawals:

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets will be refunded.

• In Live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In Sports Betting, all bets must be confirmed before the match begins.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 989bd and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using another member's account or transferring accounts.
• Misuse of the bonus system (including bonus arbitrage or bonus hunting).
• Collusion or coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated betting through the use of any software or bots.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or mistreating other members.

989bd reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, share information with law enforcement authorities.

989bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms and conditions violation.
• If identity verification fails.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or activity.
• If evidence of being underage is found.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the account balance will be returned promptly (excluding bonus funds).

• Continued use of the platform after the updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
